Eco Friendly Approach

We believe that a truly luxurious home must be energy efficient. Our properties tap into the natural resources of the island, using photovoltaic solar panels to reap the benefits of the Mediterranean sun. Any rain water is carefully collected and utilised for automatic garden irrigation, and we use premium insulation methods, high efficiency double glazing and ground/air source heat pumps to keep the carbon footprint low and to ensure that no energy is wasted. We don’t even waste ‘waste water’ – our homes benefit from a revolutionary grey water system, which allows waste water from the showers, washing machine and other outlets to be filtered and rechanneled into the toilet flushing system.

In addition to benefiting the planet, Mileve Living’s thoughtful design process ensures that the running costs of each luxury villa is minimal. By commissioning a home which is energy efficient, you ensure that your investment will benefit from long-term savings – the fruits of which will be seen in as little as five to seven years.

An array of restaurants, bars and chiringuitos overlook the beach, and offer the perfect opportunity to grab a cocktail while watching the sunset.

For those who prefer to get off the beaten track, Santa Ponsa’s ‘little beach’ is just a fifteen minute walk from the main town. Preferred by locals, the little beach is a sheltered cove which opens onto the beautiful blue Mediterranean sea.
